Credits, explained
One pool for everything. Chat, the editor assistant, Vibe coding, Design, images and challenge authoring all spend from the same daily credits. Nothing to juggle.
A short message on the default model is about one credit. Other models carry a multiplier you can see in the picker. Claude Sonnet 5.5 is 20x, so the same message there is about 20 credits. Some models also need a particular plan, and the picker shows which.
The pool refills at midnight UTC. On paid plans you also get resets. Hit the limit, press Reset, and today starts over. They're topped up every renewal.
Not counted: AI mock interviews, AI help inside tests you're taking, and Fluent while in beta.
Questions
What happens when I run out of credits?
AI features pause until midnight UTC. Code runs keep working. On a paid plan, apply a reset and carry on.
How do resets work?
Plus has 5 per billing period, Pro and above have 10. A reset zeroes today's usage. Your count is topped up to the plan's number every time the subscription renews; yearly plans get the year's worth up front.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. The pool refills every day.
Which models can I use on Free?
GPT 6 Luna and the open models: Gemma, DeepSeek V4 Flash, Kimi, Qwen, Llama, Grok 4.3, 4.6 and Code Fast. Plus adds Claude Haiku, GPT 6.1 Sol, Grok 4.7 and more. Pro adds Claude Sonnet, Claude Opus and GPT 6 Astra. Max adds Claude Fable 5.1.
Where do I see my usage?
Settings → Usage shows today's credits, your resets, and a day-by-day breakdown by feature.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
